Individual Therapy for Adults & Teens

Individual therapy offers a space to explore your experiences, patterns, and relationships with care and intention. This work is trauma-informed and relational, with a focus on helping you better understand yourself, strengthen self-trust, and create steadier ways of moving through life.

You may benefit from individual therapy if you:
  • Are navigating the effects of past experiences, trauma, and ongoing stress

  • Notice recurring emotional or relational patterns that feel distressing or disruptive

  • Struggle with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or feeling disconnected from yourself

  • Want space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what you’re carrying

  • Are seeking relief from persistent tension, overwhelm, or emotional shutdown

Sessions are $200 for a 55-minute individual therapy session.

Telehealth sessions are available throughout Texas

SPECIALTIES

My Specialties

Trauma, attachment, and relational wounds

I work with individuals and families impacted by trauma, including developmental, relational, and complex trauma. Therapy centers on how early and ongoing relational experiences shape attachment, emotional responses, and patterns in the present. The focus is on building understanding, safety, and more secure ways of relating to self and others over time.

Emotional and nervous system regulation

Many clients come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally depleted, often without clear insight into what’s driving these experiences. I help clients understand how trauma and attachment experiences affect the nervous system and emotional regulation, and support steadier, more grounded ways of responding to stress and relational triggers.

THERAPEUTIC APPROACHES

Therapeutic Approaches

Integrative Trauma and Nervous System-Informed Therapy

My approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful therapy needs to make space for the whole person. We can explore the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that shape how you see yourself and move through your life, while also paying attention to the emotions, experiences, and nervous system responses that don’t always shift through insight alone.

I integrate cognitive and behavioral approaches with Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and somatic work. This allows us to approach healing from different directions—building understanding and practical ways to navigate what’s happening now, while also creating space to work more deeply with experiences and patterns that continue to have an impact. The work is thoughtful and collaborative, with room to slow down, stay curious, and explore what comes up along the way.
