My approach
My approach to consultation is collaborative rather than top-down or purely evaluative. Consultation is a space to think deeply about clinical work, including case conceptualization, relational dynamics, countertransference, ethical considerations, and the emotional impact of being a therapist. The intention is to slow down, ask meaningful questions, and support the development of clarity and confidence in one’s clinical voice.
My consult style is shaped by my work in trauma-informed, nervous system-informed, and relational therapy. I value curiosity, attunement, and honest dialogue, and I aim to create an environment that feels grounded, respectful, and intellectually engaged. Attention is given not only to technique, but also to how a clinician’s identity, values, and nervous system intersect with their clinical work.
Consultation offerings are designed to support clinicians in developing a grounded, thoughtful, and sustainable practice.
