Therapy Intensives Coming Soon

Therapy intensives offer extended time for deeper, focused work than a traditional therapy session allows. Intensives will integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, and, when appropriate, EMDR to support work with trauma, patterns that feel difficult to shift, and experiences that may benefit from more time and space.

An intensive may be a good fit if you:

  • Want to focus on a specific experience, pattern, or area of healing

  • Feel like traditional session lengths interrupt deeper work

  • Want more space for experiential, body-based, or parts work

  • Are interested in concentrated therapeutic work without increasing the frequency of ongoing therapy

Additional details about intensive formats, availability, and pricing will be available soon.

Trauma informed therapy in Texas

SPECIALTIES

My Specialties

Trauma, attachment, and relational wounds

I work with individuals and families impacted by trauma, including developmental, relational, and complex trauma. Therapy centers on how early and ongoing relational experiences shape attachment, emotional responses, and patterns in the present. The focus is on building understanding, safety, and more secure ways of relating to self and others over time.

Emotional and nervous system regulation

Many clients come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally depleted, often without clear insight into what’s driving these experiences. I help clients understand how trauma and attachment experiences affect the nervous system and emotional regulation, and support steadier, more grounded ways of responding to stress and relational triggers.

Integrative Trauma and Nervous System-Informed Therapy

My approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful therapy needs to make space for the whole person. We can explore the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that shape how you see yourself and move through your life, while also paying attention to the emotions, experiences, and nervous system responses that don’t always shift through insight alone.

I integrate cognitive and behavioral approaches with Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and somatic work. This allows us to approach healing from different directions—building understanding and practical ways to navigate what’s happening now, while also creating space to work more deeply with experiences and patterns that continue to have an impact. The work is thoughtful and collaborative, with room to slow down, stay curious, and explore what comes up along the way.
