Parenting & Co-Parenting Therapy
Parenting and co-parenting therapy offers support for navigating the emotional and relational challenges that can arise when caring for children, whether together or separately. This work is trauma-informed and relational, with attention to how stress, past experiences, and family dynamics shape parenting relationships and decision-making, with a focus on keeping children at the center.
You may benefit from parenting or co-parenting therapy if you:
Feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to respond to ongoing parenting challenges
Experience conflict, tension, or misalignment in co-parenting relationships
Want support improving communication, boundaries, and consistency for your child
Are seeking a more grounded, intentional approach to parenting or co-parenting
Sessions are $225 for a 55-minute parenting or co-parenting therapy session.
Telehealth sessions are available throughout California.
